Salt & Fire started as an idea that charcuterie products can be made with the same love and artistry found in old-world markets but with a modernized flavor profile. Right now, we are focused on fresh and smoked sausages. Soon, we will be adding bacon, pâté, and salt-cured whole cuts.
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT
This is simple. This is sausage. There are no gimmicks in our brand. We grind whole cuts of fresh pork, beef, and duck with a perfect blend of salt and herbs. Next, we mix in unique blends of toasted spices and regional flair. Each recipe is meant to remind the enjoyer that the world is full of flavor.
Over the coming months, we hope to continue to add to our meat portfolio. Bacon is next! Also on the horizon, are pâtés and terrines, additional fresh sausage varieties, and salt-cured sausages and whole-cuts.
